Hi try right clicking on the exe file, and then click extract here, it should give you the driver, i know nothing of ndiswrapper though.

this is the error i get when i tried that:
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/Alex/Download/sp39249.exe or
/home/Alex/Download/sp39249.exe.zip, and cannot find /home/Alex/Download/sp39249.exe.ZIP, period.

Hello old noob
Not all exe file drivers are self extracting executables. When they are not they won't unzip.
Sometimes it's possible to run the exe file under Windows and note the directory the files are being placed in.
Another strategy is this driver:
http://ftp.us.dell.com/network/Dell...A17_R174291.exe
which has been proven to work with the 4310.
You'll see the context in post #16 of this thread:
http://forums.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=192496&page=2&pp=15
That driver will work with the unzip command. I don't know if it will extract by right click, but it will from the command line.
Post back if you have any questions.
