I got a new lenovo laptop computer with an intel wireless pro b g wireless adaptor and I' ve installed Fedora 9.

I can log on to public wifi networks that use pass phrases as well as some that don't.

When I try to connect to my home network that uses a zoom adsl modem router I cannot connect. I have tried it both with encryption turned off and with 128 bit WEP enabled (this is what Network Manager supports).

I get two green lights in network manager but it never connects.

Any ideas?

Is your adsl modem the same device as your WiFi Access Point?
What settings are you setting for your WiFi.

The ABG device on my Lenovo laptop works perfectly with WPA encryption on multiple wireless routers.

NetworkManager supports WEP/WPA/WPA2 - no problems.

Make sure the WAP SSID is broadcast.
