I have installed VM workstation on my window xp pro and created a FC7 virtual machine which is working fine, but the virtual machine is using vm graphic driver which has restricted the resolution to 800x600 and limiting the size of laptop monitor. I tried to select nvidia driver from the graphical mode in virtual machine but it doesn't upgrade the driver. Can someone help me in installing the right driver for vm machine.

Thanks,

Did you install vmware tools? That usually allows dynamic screen resize to match vmware window.

Where can I download vmware tools? I read on some forums that it's available on partition, but when I chose to install vmware tools, nothing happens. Your assistance will be appreciated.

You need to run the perl install script from the vmware iso, eg see section 2 in this howto

http://www.thoughtpolice.co.uk/vmware/howto/centos-5-vmware-tools-install.html

google 'vmware tools install' if that doesn't help
