Greetings,
I am wondering if anyone else has had issues with installing Fedora 9 64-bit on an Apple Mac Pro workstation. When I attempt to install, anaconda appears not to detect the system's USB controller, as I am unable to use the keyboard or mouse. I have attempted several different keyboards & mice with the same result.
The 32-bit version installs without issue, and for the time being, I have installed Ubuntu 64-bit (also installed without issue), so it is clearly not a 64-bit issue.
I really prefer Fedora over any other Linux, so I would really like to get it working. My installation disk is fine, as my Dell workstation at work is running F9/64-bit that I installed from the same media.
I've tried every trick and grub option I can think of -- I even tried to do a VNC installation, but it still prompted me for keyboard input that effectively made that option impossible too. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try, or if there is any further information I can provide.
Thank you!
