I intend to install Fedora on my old PC. Its configuration is Pentium MMX 200MHz, 256 MB RAM, Video card: S3 Trio 3D 1MB, and HDD 20 GB.
Is it suitable to install Fedora with XFCE? Which version should I use?
Otherwise, please introduce to me a linux distro that I should install.
Thank a lot.

PuppyLinux (http://www.puppylinux.com/)
Damn Small Linux (http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/)
Vector Linux (http://www.vectorlinux.com/)
I wouldn't even attempt fedora.

I think even Fedora might run quite well if you trim it down a bit.
Instead of a mini distro, I'd use Debian on that machine. It's a great system if you don't need all the latest software versions. The default Gnome install of Debian also runs quite nicely even on my laptop with only 128 MBs of memory.

That machine might run XFCE (XFCE4, by the way, is current) marginally well. If you strip down your services and run something even lighter than XFCE - like a standalone lightweight window manager (not a full desktop environment) it should run decently.
I've run Slackware 11 with Fluxbox on a machine with a PIII 500mhz and 128MB, and it was fairly snappy with a couple terms and Firefox open. Not saying you should necessarily pick Slack - unless you know what you're doing - but my point is that the choice of DE/WM can have a huge effect on needed system requirements (especially memory).
Keep in mind that - as some of us around here believe ;) - the default install of Fedora (as great as the distro is) is a pig in terms of its default runnign services. Many of the services enabled by default are not needed by many/most users and can be safely disabled.
