ftp with proxy

I surf net using web browser login through proxy no problem but if i use filezilla to login through proxy, it will show me error below :
Error: Proxy request failed, can't connect through proxy server
Error: HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden
Error: Unable to connect!
May I know how to solve this error?

Have you configured it for ftp proxy access?
