I have a SN27P2 and a asus ATI 3850 video card that have HDMI sound.

By default fedora 9 choses the ATI for sound output, and i change it to the onboard sound of the SN27P2 with the pulseaudio volume control utility but in the next restart or relogin turn to be the default the ATI for sound output. I want to chose the on board sound SN27P2 permanenly. How can i do?

Thanks

No, nothing. Continue default the ATI 3850 in PulseAudio

How con i make permanently default the shuttle SN27P2 onboard audio in PulseAudio .

The ATI is indexed to 1 and the onboard indexed to 0.

Although the onboard audio is indexed to 0, PulseAudio default is the ATI 3850.

Thanks.

Too bad that they removed the system-config-soundcard tool, cause with it i was able to get all sounds out through spdif for the very first (and last) time using linux.
