Does anyone know if there is any hope of a driver for a Lexmark z816 printer in the near or distant future? I saw on Lexmark's website they don't have a driver (yet), but they did release a linux driver development kit for the z810 series back in April. I was just wondering if anyone knows if someone is working on a driver or not and if I could find any information about it.

I've just finished changing Lexmark's sample driver (from the ddk), and have a working Z810 series driver (at least, it works for my Z815, in Fedora Core 3). You can find it at http://cerqueira.org/software/z810/ , please let me know how it works for you.
