If I were to fresh install Fedora 9 preview, would I have to do another install after final comes out or what?

Nope... As long as you keep up-to-date with a simple:
su -c 'yum update'
you will have the final version.

or just use the Pre-Upgrade utility

use the Search Utility in the forum, it'll help you find the thread..

But if you already have Fedora9 preview, just use yum update.
