Hi,

I have been running F9 rawhide for a while now and was particularly pleased with Firefox 3.0 as opposed to the Fedora 8 implementation which was soooooo slow, FF3 seemd really vanilla and snappy in comparison.

However last night I received a HUGE bunch of updates including a new firefox and what happened? It installed no less then 46 (!) addons (i really do not need african, chinese, russian, etc. English will do just fine thank you) making firefox crawl again! I thought it was agreed upon that FF in fedora was not really the best implementation and that this would be improved for F9?

stefan.

You are wasting your time posting this here !
You should be taking to the developers about the possibility of separating the language packs into a separate package !!
