First of all I am using Fedora Core 4.

I have 6 computers running windows 2000 and 4 computers running windows xp.

All windows computers connect to the internet through active directory domain server. 6 windows 2000 computers are on same domain but 4 windows xp computers are on different domain.

All of these computers are inside one router, and active directory domain server is outside the router.

I am trying to setup a file server with fedora 4 samba. This Fedora 4 does not have to access internet and will not be added to active directory domain server. But it has it's own IP address.

The network is static IP.

All computers running windows 2000 and xp should have access to the fedora 4 samba server.

I tried configuring samba but I can see windows computers from fedora 4 but not from windows. Or some of them can't see both ways.

What could be the solution?

Thanks for reading.
