My system has 2 HD's and a DvD writer.
Drive 1 is Master at 20G and holds WinXP
Drive 2 is Slave at 100G and has two partitions: 50G formated NTFS which contains data. The other 50G has Ubuntu installed in it.
Drive 3 is a DvD writer set as Master.
Pretty simple heh?
Well, when I boot up with the FC8 DvD, it will only see the sda. I understand that the naming conventions have changed but for some reason sdb never shows up in the partition options. There are no SATA drives and SATA and Raid has been disable in the BIO's. I will install over my present Ubuntu Linux partiton ... if it will see it.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
