FC2: Customized ISO - HowTo?

Hi,
I'm looking for a howto to build a customized ISO-Image for my Company. Reviewing a Howto based von Redhat 7.3 i noticed, that Fedora Core2 have changed the system (XML?).

So, is there a good howto?

I don't know of any howtos that make it as easy to remaster as Knoppix, for example.

What would the purpose of this iso be? If you need a whole bunch of installs the same kickstart is something to try.
