Where must i put, my fedora digital art work on ?

Halo guys, i like to create a digital artwork such as wallpaper and splash screen.
and i had created one wallpaper but i don't know where must i put it, there is fedora or gnome community for this ? (like kde-look.org). so for a while i put it on kde-look.. this is the link for my wallpaper (please give a comment guys :) ) and there is one splash screen waiting for publish.

Hello this is the first splash screen from me :) i give the title black eye, but if you look closer it's like a black phonix :D .....

Hallo, i have one question. When i'm log on to my fedora could i change splash screen background from dark blue into blak :) thanks i had changed the backgorund color in login propeties but the background could not change :(
