Pakistan decided to block Youtube (http://politics.slashdot.org/politics/08/02/24/1628213.shtml?tid=153) due to it's blasphemous content.
Unfortunately, due to incompetent top level routing, the world is weathering Pakistan's decision, with worldwide Youtube blocks (http://slashdot.org/articles/08/02/25/1322252.shtml).
