Mozilla 1.7 is now available from www.mozilla.org (http://www.mozilla.org) (don't think it's made the various repositories yet). Just pulled it down & installed it, haven't really played with it yet.
For those of us that still have a bit of a suite tooth...(sorry about that).

FTP upload, easy to activate smooth scrolling, and smaller and faster than before. Sounds good.
For more changes, see the readme (http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.7/README.html).

Great, now we have a brand new mozilla suite, mozilla firefox and thunderbird. I've heard that 1.7 will be the new version that the other browsers build upon, like epiphany or galeon. I love epiphany, can't wait to see what this brings.

It's like Christmas, just a bit earlier. ;)

It is real fast on my system. I just have one question. Is there a way to get it in my main menu. It still points to the old Mozilla-1.6 that I removed.

/some/directory/mozilla.
