Hi!

I've updated my Toshiba Tecra M5 from FC7 to FC8 (new hard drive, fresh
install). Almost everything is great.

I can't get bluetooth to work! I did the toshiba_acpi patch for bluetooth on FC7,
and it worked great. The same patch on FC8 does not work.

I can "cat /proc/acpi/toshiba/version" and get:

driver: 0.18-p1
proc_interface: 1

However, if I 'cat /proc/acpi/toshiba/bluetoosh' the system immediately
hangs and has to be powered off.

I've loaded FnFx (both on FC7 and FC8). I can dim the LCD,
but if I do FN F8, it hangs again like above.

Has anyone gotten bluetooth to work on FC8 / Tecra? How?

Thanks!
emike

Hey:

People have posted to this forum that they got Toshiba laptops
to work with the toshiba_acpi patch.

Why can't someone reply? Point me to and updated patch?
Say *anything*?
