Dell (broadcom) 1390 mini card

Can't get my broadcom 43xx card to work in Fedora 8. I've tried 3 different methods... One of them I later read on to find out that my card wasn't supported?? (this was a fwcutter method that involved the difference between bcm43xx, b43, and b43legacy methods)

Can someone who has this card (inspiron e1505) give me a run down on how to make this work until I can buy/find a different wireless card?

Also, how can I remove everything I've already done? lol. I'm pretty noobish.
