Fedora 8 on AMD64

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Fedora 8 (tried both 32 and 64bit versions) on my pc:

AMD 64 3000+
Asus A8N-SLI SE (Nvidia chipset).


When the installation process starts i'm getting the following error:

error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib/libpython2.5.so.1.0 invalid ELF Header.

Does anyone can help me?

Did the media check complete without error?

The media was just fine. I had to use 80 pins IDE Cable for my dvd-rom.
