FC2T3: afkbd.c: unknown key released

Hello,

booting to init mode 3, I get very strange keyboard errors all the while I type. The error says:

"afkbd.c: unknown key released"

then it shows some numers and suggests to use setkeycoder to make the keys known.

Very annoying.

Any ideas on this?

I got some keyboard error at login into Gnome... Someone mentioned to change a line from xfree86 to xorg in /etc/X11/XF86Config.

Identifier "Keyboard0"
Driver "keyboard"
Option "XkbRules" "xorg" <--- CHANGE THAT LINE.
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "us"


It worked for me....

thanks. but the keyboard error is not coming up under X (runlevel 5), but only in runlevel 3 (no X, just console).

any idea how to change the keyboard settings for that?
