Load Balance and Transparent Failover between 2 ISP link

Hi to all,
I need help in configuring FC7 as router. My needs are as follows
1. need to load balance between two ADSL link
2. FC7 router should manage transparent failover between 2 links

My FC7 Server Configuration

#LAN IP
eth0=192.168.0.1

#ISP1 having 512kbps link
eth1=123.236.214.99

#ISP2 having 1000kbps link
eth2=10.12.15.74

In this scenario, i want to couple both ISPs to get a full speed of 1512kbps.

Please help me in giving sample script and configuration details.
