Installed 100.14.19 nvidia module on fresh FC8 installation, but few things (such as 'Log Out...' option in K-Menu) don't work... Any ideas how to resolve this issue?..

did you install nvidia module from nvidia's website or the kmod-nvidia package from livna? what makes you sure that the logout not working is the fault of nvidia?

Log out doesn't work with module, taken from NVIDIA official web site (http://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html). Switching back to 'nv' resolves this problem, so the problem is in 'nvidia' module or it's configuration.

why install from nvidia's website?? this can cause a lot of problems... use livna repository instead and just install with yum.
yum install kmod-nvidia
I don't know how to help if you try to use installer from nvidia's website, nor will too many others around here.

livna driver breaks that menu too, so even this way doesn't help with this issue.

if this is still a fresh install I would consider reformatting. it is very hard to cleanup after a .run installer such as this one. There is a good chance there are stale files from the .run install. Plus the livna driver doesn't require a reinstall for every new kernel you get...

There is some problem with the deps of the livna driver. Try yum install kmod-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia kmod-nvidia-2.6.23.1-42.fc8 livna-config-display

if you installed from the website FIRST this could still be from the .run installer like I was saying. This is why I recommend clean install. Other than that I really don't know what help I can offer. Good Luck
