hello everybody! :)
can somebody advice alternative commands to display the currently installed programs in my PC running Fedora6?
everytime I try to use Add/Remove Software in my GNOME menu, I receive an error saying that I may not have a "baseurl". I am not connected to the internet, but does it suppose to look for the internet when all I want to know is the currently installed programs so I can Add or Remove software? I tried rpm command but I dont know exactly the parameters to use to display them all. I found the man page a little uneasy for me (only for rpm).
somebody please spare his idea. thank you much in advance! :)

rpm -qa

But also go to /etc/yum.repos.d and see if yo uhave any files named *.rpmnew
These files should replace the correspondingly names files in the same dir.
