Fedora 3 has been discontinued for really long time. Currently the only supported versions are FC6 and F7... With the upcoming release of Fedora 8, FC6 will not be supported soon....

There is a reason why are you using FC3? It would be better to upgrade to a newer/supported version....

Basically all the repos are dead for anything pre-FC6(no assistance is likely to be had).

Download a newer version and test you stuff on that, is about your only option. Since you do not like to upgrade (5 versions behind the curve) and Fedora now has only a 1 year support life, I would suggest going with Centos5 (RedHat el5 with logos removed). It has a five year support life and "feels" like FC6. Rock solid is one of the ways its is often described.

Good Luck

Edit your repos to use this mirror

for the fedora repo use

http://fedora.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/

and for fedora-updates repo use ( there will be no more updates but these where the latest packages )

acording to their forums gnudialer is known to work on debian and redhat, so may i suggest something newer and more stable ie centos or debian etch
