Redhat Linux 9 uninstallation problem

Dear Friends,

I have installed (Dual os)Windows 2000 Pro and followed by Redhat Linux 9 in my system.
Due to some reason I tried to uninstall Redhat Linux 9, as i was not aware uninstallation procedure, i have just deleted the same through windows.

Once I restart the system, It displayed grub> command and not booting into to windows 2000 pro.

Again i have reinstalled the Redhat Linux 9.

Can anyone help me how to uninstall Redhat Linux 9 without disturbing Windows 2000 Pro. ie Windows 2000 Pro should work properly with any problem like grub>

use the windows disk and run recovery consul

then run

fix boot
fix mbr
