I can't get my Linux Fedora 7 to see/record the stream with Audacity (latest). I see the drop-down list, but it has only Vol, Mic, CD, Line1, PhoneIn, PhoneOut, Video. Changing to "full duplex" only removes the drop-down entirely and gives an error "no audio device..." Prev user had XP on this box and said Audacity stream capture worked fine. Any ideas? I've trid Streamripper, but it wouldn't compile.

I use Streamtuner and have VLC set as the player and have compiled the streamripper version 1.61.27 on FC6 and version 1.62.1 on F7 as the latest 1.62.2x would not compile for me.

edit: I've not used Audacity to capture a stream only to edit but maybe you can with Audacious?
