Hi I got this mp3 player today I got it home plug it in to my fc7 box and nothing it did not see it at all any ideas

ok the exact name of the player is samsung digital audio player yepp T7 in windows xp if I go to my computer it shows the icon for the player if I click on that it shows a drive I am starting to think it is the firmware or sum thing
