Yes, there are two. ping and nslookup.

I want to see the remote desktop of computers on internet.I can see with radmin in windows for linux?.

Freenx has worked for me in the past. This (http://fedoranews.org/contributors/rick_stout/freenx/) Howto is for Fedora Core 5 but worked on Fedora Core 6.
