Wireless loss of connection

I have installed Fedora 7 and madwifi drivers for my Netgear WPN311 wireless card. Everything working but very ofter i have loss of connection between router and my desktop.

I'm getting the same thing too using IPW3945. Sometimes I can restart NetworkManager and get my connection back. If not I just plug in the lan cable and forget about it.

atrpms has the ipw3945d driver which is what I replaced it with. That manages to sort it out a lot better. There are few bugs upstream regarding the ipw3945 which are waiting for an update so just use the atrpms to grab the rpm's for it.

I'll right a howto soonish.

My problem is solved. My router was mulfunctioning 834GT, now I have 834PY.
I also gave up (for now )Fedora, am going back to Ubuntu
