Most secure DNS Implementation

I would like to know (in your opinion) what is the most secure way to provide name resoltion for local clients (with a Fedora OS)?

so basically, just install the fedora OS with the Bind package, then YUM the installs... set SElinux to only allow 53 queries...

might want to install bind-chroot as well and run in chroot mode.... Close all other ports except for UDP on the bind port as well... Turn off all other services as well I guess...
