Hi,
Only getting started with fedora so please go easy on me!
When i insert a usb sticks or dvds i get a error from the gnome disk mounter saying;
"cannot obtain lock on /media/.hal-mtab"
I guess that this is my fault because when i installed fedora i created a partition called /media for my music and videos which i guess meant that .hal-mtab was never made. Is it possible to make hal-mtab and put it in /media or is is more complex than that? or is possible to have hal-mtab in another folder and get the mounter to point to it?
