Maybe I did something wrong? I've installed and run Fedora on X86 machines very often, but for some reason, I can't get this to work?
No OS on the Mac Mini (1.25ghz) drop in CD 1, boot off it, anaconda starts us, partition the drive simply
hda1 1meg apple bootstrap
hda2 38 gig / ext3
hda3 1 gig swap
Configure my packages, install.... reboot
nothing
I get the folder with the question mark. I've used the text mode installer with no effect, I'm at a loss here...
I've successfully installed Ubuntu Dapper PPC off the live CD, and it appeared to set up a /boot partition in apple hs+(?) format.
So I did the following:
installed dapper PPC, it worked fine, booted right up
rebooted and I'm now re-installing Fedora 6 PPC over the Dapper partitions after formatting them, but oddly, the partition tool did not see the /boot partion that I saw in Dapper.
Here is hoping for the best.
