After a few weeks of reading incorrect instructions for my linksys router, it broke.

So, I went out and got a Belkin 54g router with a Belkin F5D7050 USB adapter. On the ndiswrapper list, for all versions it says the basic, use the windows drivers and grab the .inf and .sys files. Everyone's version of how to do that seems to differ..

According to the ndiswrapper instructions, I'm supposed to use ndiswrapper as a command:

ndiswrapper -i filename.inf

And I'm told that command doesn't exists (ndiswrapper is installed, links made, etc...) From what I've read on forums this adapter isn't that hard to get working, so I'm hoping I'm missing something stupid - basically right now, I have what I believe are all the files I need off the cd, I just don't know how to do what with them.

I've been doing so more research - when I tried to get my linksys wireless to work, I usually came across the line 'you need ndiswrapper, but the instructions on the site don't actually work, here's my version' (which were loads of fun) - but for the Belkin, people tend to be saying just stick to ndiswrapper. However, I have installed ndiswrapper exactly as the instructions said and got all the responses I was supposed to but when I try to use ndiswrapper as a command, it doesn't understand - the ndiswrapper instructions say if there's an error during this step, it's because the file doesn't exist, but it doesn't account for my problem.

Got it.
If anyone has similar trouble to me, try the instructions toward the bottom of the page.
