I don't want the evolution one. KDE is supposed to have an organizer, but I cannot seem to find it. Lightning needs to be built and compiled and I'm too much of noobie for that . Sunbird doesn't seem to want to work. Any suggestions.

thanks,

KDE's KOrganizer is available if you have the kdepim package installed. Just do 'yum install kdepim' from the command line as root.

Thank you, Paul. That's exactly what I was looking for, but no one could tell me what to download. Its installing right now.

As for the web,..., I need something I can take with me where there is no internet access.

I've got to admit that Google Calendar isn't bad...it serves my needs. I am a total convert to gmail, calendar, docs & spread sheets and photos...it all works great.
Without the web, I still have a day planner around here somewhere :p

is there any way to integrate google calendar on my F8 desktop (apart from using online-gnome)?
