I just loaded Fedora onto an old Pentium 3, however the menubar is not present on the GUI interface. Any suggestions?

You could try typeing "gnome-panel" at a shell prompt, but you probably don't have a shell prompt.
Use the virtual console (type ctrl+alt+f1), login as root at the prompt, then type:
DISPLAY=:0.0 gnome-panel
That may error-out (post errors). If not, then return to your broken Xsession (type ctrl+alt+f7).
Wait a few seconds for the pane lto appear.
If none of that works, logout and select sessions->KDE before yo login. See if that works.

I ended up reinstalling. It is working, now. Thanks
