Starting a program/service at boot?

I just installed Guidescope to block internet ads, but their website has little information about Linux. I can run it just fine, but would like the program to start every time I boot the computer, not every time I su to root and type the program command.

How do I add a program to the list of services that are automatically run at boot time? I'm using FC5, yum updated...

Hopefully this is an easy one. Thanks for any tips or suggestions.
