View Full Version : How to get foxnews video working in Firefox

Note: You need Flash installed for this to work.

1. Install greasemonkey: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/748/
2. Restart firefox
3. Install "Foxnews Friendly Video" script from here: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/1371
(Click on the "Install This Script" link in the upper-right corner, it's below the "home" link)
4. Go to foxnews.com & test the video.

I installed Greasemonkey and the script for Fox News. What I really like is, it lets the video you want to see play immediately, skipping the usual commercial. I already had the videos working by using the MediaConnectivity extension for FF, but this is better for Fox News. I still need the other extension for some other websites, so in order to avoid conflicts between the two extensions, I whitelisted Fox News in MediaConnectivity.
