Sceptre LCD Monitor not Reconized by FC6

I have reciently install FC6 but can only get 640x480 resolution on my Sceptre X20G-NagaIII. This is a new LCD monitor with a 20.1 inch TFT 1680x1050 WSXGA screen. FC6 is reconizing my video card which is a AGP ELSA with a Nvida NV43 GeForce GE6600.

The monitor is not being reconized. Can someone help me to select a equilant LCD monitor that is in the list of Hardware?

Can you not select "Generic LCD Panel 1680x1050" from the list?

Edit: If you want to you can then comment out the horizontal and vertical frequencies in xorg.conf, as I have done here for it to use DDC to find the rates:


Section "Monitor"
Identifier "Monitor0"
ModelName "LCD Panel 1280x1024"
### Comment all HorizSync and VertSync values to use DDC:
# HorizSync 31.5 - 67.0
# VertRefresh 50.0 - 75.0
