simple question anyone can check, apache server /html/ file permissions

hi,
i had to reinstall apache and in the proces the owner and permissions of the html directoryu got changed, can anyone tell me what they are supposed to be set as? and the owner and group? also would there be any other file thast was altered due to this change?

I looked at mine and they are set as drwxr-xr-x root root except for usage which has webalizer root.
