The config file for the HP Laserjet1020 does appear on FC5 & FC6, and earlier FC's I expect.
If not .... look for
/usr/share/foomatic/db/source/printer/HP-LaserJet_1020.xml
or look here
http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=HP-LaserJet_1020

There are several ways to confure printers under FCx and frankly I don't know which one is preferred. Make sure "cups" is installed and running:
yum install cups
chkconfig --level 345 cups on
services cups start
--
You can use the Fedora utility (System->Administration->Printer )and then add the new printer ,but I believe the CUPS configurator works better (strictly an opinion). To use the cups configurator point your browser at:
http://localhost:631
(make a link while you are at it)
and click "add printer", answer the questions. Either select the HP Laserjet1020 or if the printer is attached & powered up it may auto-select the correct printer config.

The most powerful tool on this site is the search window. Search before you post.
The answer will appear.
