The driver is already in the kernel, the only thing you need to install is the firmware. Enable livna repository by doing
rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-6.rpm
and then do
yum install ipw2200-firmware
Then reboot and you should be able to configure wireless with system-config-network.

ahh, thanx, now it works so far...
Now i just have to configure the connection, which i either don't know howto do?
How do i browse my wireless networks and choose which one i wanna connect to? and set which encryption the network is using?

I haven't yet been able to test ipw2200 with FC on a wlan network, but maybe you could turn on the services NetworkManager and NetworkManagerDispatcher and then use either NetworkManager-gnome package with GNOME or knetworkmanager package with KDE to configure your network settings.
