fc6 test 3 to final release

Hello,
If I have been running FC6 test 3 and have done all the upgrades will I be at the same place as I would if I downloaded and installed the release version of FC6?

Just download this:
http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/core/6/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/fedora-release-6-4.noarch.rpm
and install it. Then do yum upgrade. Viola! FC6 Final.
