What is the best Repository for new games?

That would depend on what do you mean by that. Some games are already part of Extras, like Battle for Wesnoth and even Nexuiz. Some games, like Q3A can be found at FreshRPMS.net and if you add the yum mirror you can install it with yum. Note: This will only install the Q3A binaries, the content you will have to install it from your Q3A CD's onto /usr/local/games/quake3. I'm not sure if other games are available from the repositories, a good way to look which are on Extras, for instance, would be to go to the Extras Wiki page and take a look under the Games category.

There are a number of Nintendo emulators, but since I'm not familiar with Nesticle, I don't know which system does it emulate. There are emulators for NES, SNES, GB(C,A), N64 and I believe there's work on a DS one, but I'm not sure about that one (as you would require at least a tablet to use it).

Not to sound like a smart a** but I did mention it in my last post look above :)

And again, that depends on what system you are looking an emulator for. I'm only aware of gnuboy and snes9x being available from repos like Extras and Livna, for others, I usually go search on emu sites, download and build them locally. I'm not sure if there is a version of Mupen (N64 emulator) in Extras, Livna or DAG or anyother place ready for install, however you can easily search for it, download the binaries or build it yourself.

Nesticles is an NES emulator. Nintendo emulator could refer to any nintendo game console, such as NES, SNES, GBA etc...

tablet? not really... In DS games the touch-screen could easily be emulated using your mouse to point an click. But to fully utulize a DS system you'd need a microphone :P
Anyway, for Super Nintendo(SNES) i'd download the 09/29 WIP of Zsnes and compile that... works excelent :)

Good point, Skinney. A tablet may be too much. However, I do believe there's work on a DS emulator, should be interesting seeing it in action.

That brings up a good point most emulators i would imagine (from a non linux expert's point of view) would have to be launched from ethier KDE or Gnome is there one that can launch from command line and run with X off.
