Hi,
Heavily inspired by Pheonix Wright: Ace Atourney for Nintendo DS i've finally found something i can begin as my learning project! I've decided to write this in SDL and the goal is to finish a game which is playable and has at least 1 mission. My goals are not that big, but the main point is to make the game and learn from the experience :)
The game will, as said, be inspired by Pheonix Wright which, for those of you who don't know, is a 2d anime point-n-click style Lawyer game where you solve crimes in court and collect evidence at the crime scenes.
EDIT: maybe i'll go with a point'n click detective game... anyway, it will be crime and point'n click releated...
The reason for me posting here is because im looking for help, and any help is welcome. If you can make graphics, help me out as a mentor/teach me some tricks, know something of court procedings(to make the game a little realistic), or is looking to learn more about SDL/game development yourself, you're all very welcome to join me. No previous experience is required(i myself am starting at scratch), the only thing i require is the will on your side to help me finish this project no matter how long it might take :)
Thanks for any serious replies :)
