In Perth Western Austarlia we use iinet.net.au ISP Provider, in the City Fedora 5 connects without a problem,
using there reginal areas like Rockingham Fedora 5 dose not connect, using different routers, different operating systems Windows XP will connect, Fedora 5 FireFox and the Terminal window, software updater will just hang.
But using Konqueror will connect which is strange.
Using Terminal window, the command traceroute it will give two hops then stops and not finish the following hops, where windows XP will go through at least 5 hops, feora 5 will only show 2 hops where Windows XP will show at least 5 and different servers to Fedora 5
In the city both systems work.
