Hi!

I have an sound card Analog Devices AD1986 [SiS SI7012], on board. It doesn't work inside Fedora 5. I don't know what to do about this...

Help me, please!
Thanks.

Your chip isn't listed here
http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/index.php?vendor=vendor-Analog_Devices#matrix
so I'm afraid there's no way out - except for buying a know-working pci soundcard.

EDIT
IT IS listed here
http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/index.php?vendor=vendor-SiS#matrix
so, we can try to make it work :)
So far, what have you done?
