this shows up about every 9 minutes in my /var/log/secure:

i have no idea what this is about. i have alot of problems with logins with samba though.
for instance, after i restart smbd and nmbd users can login and such with no problems. within about 10 minutes this is no longer possible... it cites permission errors....
i'm thinking this may be related, but i'm not too sure.
any thoughts?
