now that FEAR Combat is officially out, and free I might add for those of you unaware... the question should be asked...

is anyone having any success running this under wine/cedega?

I guess their sales didn't do to well then. I'm suprised they are releasing the multiplayer side for free.

They are launching an expansion next month, must be a scheme to boost sales of that.

However... if you by some means aquire a full copy, the free CD key from the website works with it :)

I couldn't run it under WINE, but i'm using Ubuntu.

When it shows you the license, you can't scroll down, which means you can't check the "i accept" part of the license. You can use the arrow keys to scroll down, but that doesn't free up the "i accept" part either

No wine works with F.E.A.R. as the game uses .NET and that doesn't work in Wine yet (effort to make Mono work with Wine is ongoing).
