Im new to Linux and am trying to use an old desktop as a sort of media center thing and cant seem to get my computer to play nicly with my TV. I have a Radeon 9200 and the tv works up to the point that the Fedora loading screen comes up that has a picture of a computer and a loading bar below it. At this point the TV pretty much freaks out. If a moniter and the TV are hooked up than they show the same thing up to that point and the moniter continues normaly and then the TV does its freak out thing. Could it be because I am useing a S-video to RCA adapter? I have a S-video port on my TV and if thats it I can go to Target and pick up a cable. How can I fix this?

I tried to install the drivers from the ATI site, but I keep being told that I need libexpat.so.1. What is that? I dont know if I have the expat libraries or not. I dont even know what expat is.
