mouse pointer is invisible plz help me out!!

i had installed fedora 5 on my pc which has amd athlon 3200+ processor 1 gb crosair ram and seagate sata 160 gb harddisk it also runs windows vista there was no problem in installation but when i start fc 5 during bootup the mouse pointer is visible but as soon as login screen appears mouse pointer just vanishes but the mouse keeps on working normal it is that just my pointer is invisible plz help me out or i cant use fc 5 for long!! :confused:

if you update your installation via yum the problem should be addressed.

In the videocard section:
Option "HWcursor" "false"
line solved my problem
